We welcome all interested players of all skill levels and invite you to come join us for a practice!
We typically hold practices on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8pm at Impett Park on Cleveland's west side. All you need to bring is a pair of cleats, a mouthguard, water, and yourself! We'll teach you the rules of the game and help you practice the skills you need to be successful.
Spring 15s season: March - May
Summer 7s season: June - August
Competitive 15s season: August - October (playoff games are typically held in early November)

Rugby is a full-contact sport open to individuals of all shapes and sizes. The object of the Game is to score as many points as possible while observing fair play, according to the Laws and in a sporting spirit, by carrying, passing, kicking and grounding the ball. Games consist of two 40-minute halves. All players can carry, pass, and kick the ball, and anyone can score.

Ready to learn more? Laws of the Game provides a guide for all of the laws of the game with explanatory videos and details on variations for 7s, 10s, Beach rugby, etc. You can test your knowledge of the laws by taking the Laws Exam and after successfully completing the exam, you will receive a certificate of awareness.
